Total Property Care (TPC)
Our Total Property Care (TPC) program is a more holistic approach of property management looking at the landscape as a single unit while addressing all aspects of the landscape. This diagnostic report is designed to inform you of our findings and the products and techniques used to address those concerns providing an on-going history of the conditions on your property.
A complete evaluation and diagnosis of your lawn, shrubs and trees will be performed. Pest control services and necessary treatments will be applied to protect your plants from disease, check fertility, and diagnose insect problems. A follow-up schedule will be set up for specifically timed treatments.

Antidessicant
A natural treatment will be applied to your trees and/or shrubs to protect against winter and salt damage or transplant stress.
Black Vine Weevil
Application for plants at risk such as Rhododendrons, Taxus, Azaleas, Euonimus, etc.
Cedar-Apple Rust
This is one of three treatments applied to prevent damaging fungus that causes the infection of Apples, Crabapples and Hawthon.
Deer Repellant
A clear smell repellant to reduce deer browsing of trees and ornamental plants.
Fall Deer Repellant
Taste and smell repellant applied to deer browse susceptible plants.
Fall Root Fertilization
A blend of liquid fertilizer and biostimulants will be injected into the root zone of specific trees and/or ornamental plants.
Foliar Fertilization
Blend of liquid fertilizers and bio-stimulants applied to the foliage and soil of specific ornamentals.
